- NAPAA website updates: If you have an event you chapter is hosting and would like us to advertise it let me know and we can put it on the website
- Alumnae Chapter websites: We're in the process of updating the links on the website to the Nashville Alumnae Chapters. Please email or fill out the form to let me know the correct website
- Recruitment dates for Sororities: We need the recruitment dates for surrounding Universities. If everyone could look up the recruitment dates of the college/university they attended and get back to me I'll put them up on the website!

- Panhellenic Spring Fling Luncheon – March 24, 2012
- Please inform chapters of luncheon date and spread information about the scholarships to your sisters.
- Collect Silent Auction Items - Remind chapters that we will need donation items to fund future college scholarships and see if they know of anyone or any businesses that may be willing to help!
- Make sure to let your Alumni Chapters know to start thinking about Greek Woman of the Year
- ***Very Important- RSVP for the luncheon to Lindsay Puddy lindsaypuddy@Hotmail.com. This year each chapter is required to RSVP with the names of the women attending. This will insure accurate luncheon check in.
- Send Checks for Luncheon to Elaine Turner (Cost is $30 in advance, $35 the week before) **Be sure to include your chapter & names of ladies attending on your checks

- Silent Auction
- Continue to let your chapters be aware of the Spring Luncheon and Silent Auction.
- Due date for donations will be March 5, 2012 (pending meeting change)
- Panhellenic delegates are the liaison for silent auction donations from their chapter.
- Lindsey will email out the basket requirement amounts for each chapter.
- Please bring all silent auction donations to the February or March Meeting.
If it is easier- donors can drop off donations at designated "drop-off" spots. For more information email Lindsey for specific location details
- The Silent Auction committee will meet Saturday March 10th @ noon to assembly the baskets if you want to help out please email Lindsey Jones ljones18@gmail.com
